What is the 6 Week Challenge? 

The Challenge is 6 Weeks of YOU working one on one with a nutrition coach, but in a group setting for your workouts.


- BODY SCAN ANALYSIS, You will get a body scan giving us our starting measurements, and we will document with before photos as well!

- CUSTOM MEAL PLAN, From the scan analysis we work together to develop a meal plan or macros.

You will also have grocery list to refer back to, and text support from your coach!

- UNLIMITED WORKOUTS, or a e-book for home/in gym workouts for the duration of the challenge. 

- EVERY 2 WEEK BODY FAT TESTING, We will be tracking body fat every 2 weeks to make sure we are on the right track and for extra accountability!

The final week we will have our last weigh ins, take our final photos and decide the winner!
